I help people who had to grow up fast and are now feeling lost, stuck, or burned out.
My clients are kind, smart, accomplished, and on the surface succeeding. The road has not been easy for them. They’ve made it to where they are in spite of the obstacles. They seem put together. They seem to know what they’re doing. Yet, there’s certain feelings, behaviors, or patterns that keep coming up for them, in spite of their best efforts to change them.
Rationally, they know what they need to do, and they’ve probably done it. They’ve read the self-help books, they’ve meditated, they’ve done the affirmations. They may have even tried the traditional talk therapy on more than one occasion. They’re doing all the “right” things.
Which is why it’s all the more frustrating when they can’t seem to shift these patterns in their lives. It feels like they’re constantly fighting their brains. It feels like so much work, and it’s exhausting. No matter how much they do, it feels like the road will never end, like they will never arrive. No matter how hard they work, it will never feel like enough.

Coherence Coaching
This is not your traditional talk therapy.
Coherence Coaching is an evidence-based approach designed to get to the root of a pattern or behavior, rather than staying at surface-level. It is fundamentally different from traditional approaches. Our sessions will not use techniques like reframing your thoughts or positive thinking. Cognitive techniques such as these have their value, but they can only help temporarily.
What we focus on in our sessions is permanent relief.
I do this through a proven, experience-driven process based in neuroscience that brings out your brain’s innate capacity for unlearning deeply entrenched patterns. These patterns are mental models of reality, and they are at the root of your emotional nervous system, unconsciously driving your life. They live in the body rather than the thinking mind. For change to happen connection needs to be made through a felt sense.
Coherence Coaching is rooted in the neuroscience of memory reconsolidation, which is how real change happens. I will guide you using proven techniques in a way that feels accessible and natural. Our work together will feel like it makes sense.

What is the cost per session?
The cost for 75-minute sessions is $200 USD.
Do you offer sliding scale options?
Yes. If you would like to work together and have a financial constraint reach out to discuss options.
How many sessions are needed?
This depends on each individual and the focus of our work. Profound shifts can and do happen within a few sessions. Some patterns are more complex and working through the layers requires more time.
The focus is not on how fast we can go. The focus is on deeply understanding the root of your pattern or behavior, and working through it at a pace that honors your needs.
